Job Title: Production Chemist Location: Chhatral, Gandhinagar Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Number of Openings: 3 Experience Required: 0–3 years in Chemical or relevant industry Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 CTC/month Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Plant Chemists to join our client's chemical manufacturing facility located in Chhatral, Gandhinagar. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to contribute to innovative R&D efforts in a hands-on plant environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and optimize laboratory-scale experiments to develop new organic synthesis processes. Interpret experimental results, compile data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Maintain comprehensive and precise laboratory documentation and experimental logs. Prepare technical reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, safety, and quality control to support project execution. Keep abreast of emerging trends, techniques, and advancements in organic and industrial chemistry through journals and industry events. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong understanding of organic chemistry principles and laboratory practices. Hands-on experience with lab instruments and basic analytical techniques is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
