QC/QA Chemist

We are looking for a skilled QC/QA Chemist to join our team in the Agro Chemical Industry in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a strong background in analytical chemistry and experience working with HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP, DSC, XRD, and other relevant instruments.

• Perform testing of raw materials, finished goods, and in-process materials, reporting results accurately.
• Handle and calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP, DSC, XRD, and PSA.
• Investigate analytical errors or deviations during analysis, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop lab SOPs and study reports, including method validation and related documentation.
• Review analytical chemistry testing records for raw materials, stability, and product for accuracy and adherence to test methods.
• Prepare and review specifications, method of analysis procedures, and analytical development reports.
• Discuss work plans daily with supervisors/managers and mentor junior lab personnel.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports for submission to managers.
• Conduct regular lab duties including equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, and lab cleanup.
• Maintain strict IP confidentiality and adhere to all related data privacy policies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP, DSC, XRD, and PSA.
• Experience in making lab SOPs and study reports, along with method validation and related documentation.
• Ability to discuss work plans daily with supervisors/managers and mentor junior lab personnel.
• Participation in project meetings and preparation of weekly/monthly reports for submission to managers.
• Regular lab duties include equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, and lab cleanup.
• Strict IP confidentiality and adherence to all related data privacy policies are essential.
