Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QC/QA Chemist with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and quality control.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform testing of raw materials, finished goods, and in-process materials.
Handle and calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP, DSC, XRD, and PSA.
Investigate analytical errors and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Develop lab SOPs and study reports.
Execute method validation and prepare necessary reports.
Review analytical chemistry testing records for accuracy and adherence to test methods.
Prepare and review specifications, method of analysis procedures, and analytical development reports.
Discuss work plans daily with the supervisor/manager and mentor junior lab personnel.
Participate in project meetings and prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to the manager.
Perform regular lab duties including equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, and lab cleanup.
Maintain strict IP confidentiality and adhere to all related data privacy policies.

Job Requirements

M.Sc degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control and assurance.
Strong knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP, DSC, XRD, and PSA.
Experience in making lab SOPs and study reports.
Ability to execute method validation and prepare necessary reports.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
