QC Officer

Job Title: QC Officer
Department: Quality Control
Location: Vadsar, Gandhinagar
Experience Required: 2–4 years (Pharma or Cosmetics Industry)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, or related field
CTC Range: ₹3.0 – 4.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Test raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products as per SOPs.
• Ensure results meet company, customer, and regulatory quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as per GMP/GLP requirements.
• Monitor stability samples and record test results on time.
• Calibrate and operate QC instruments as per schedule.
• Report any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS), or abnormal results to seniors.
• Support preparation of COA (Certificate of Analysis) and other QC documents.
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure QC lab compliance.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and good laboratory practices in daily work.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Pharma Cloud (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
