Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect and audit products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Implement Quality Control Procedures: Develop and enforce quality control processes and guidelines to enhance product quality and consistency.
Analyze Data: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement, and document findings for accountability.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train Staff: Provide training and support to employees on quality control standards and procedures to foster a culture of quality excellence.
Investigate Complaints: Address customer complaints related to product quality, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
