QC Manager

Job description :-

We are seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Executive for the Quality Assurance (QA) department at our Sachin GIDC, Gujarat facility. This role is vital in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and implementing QA policies, performing inspections, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform quality tests to ensure product consistency and safety at Trident Lifeline Limited.
• Identify workflow and production issues, and propose solutions to management. Ensure all products meet quality standards and safety regulations as required by the industry.
• Coordinate with various departments to address quality-related issues. Document QA activities, maintain records, and create detailed audit reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Must be having in depth knowledge on Market complaint investigation & compliance, monitoring of QMS Must be having in depth knowledge on Qualifications of equipment , Cleaning Validation etc.
• Good knowledge on HVAC and Water system.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of QA policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in the pharma sector.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Proficiency in conducting audits and preparing detailed reports.
• Must be having experience for execution of audit & compliance for third party manufacturing.

Communication:

• Skilled in professional email communication for vendor coordination and internal reporting.
• Experience: 3 - 10 years of experience in the quality assurance field within the pharmaceutical industry.

Education: M.Sc/B.Pharma/M.Pharma
