Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead QC for SMT (PCB assembly) and LED lighting products
Control quality for soldering, reflow, AOI, functional & final testing
Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BIS/IS, IEC, UL, CE, RoHS
Handle defects, root cause analysis, and CAPA
Manage supplier quality and audits
Lead and train QC team
Maintain quality records, reports, and KPIs
Drive continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

BE/B Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or lighting background (Preferred).
4–7 years experience as QC Manager or QC Engineer.
Previous knowledge in Quality check or rejection analysis of Electronics Components.
Experience with LED luminaires, PCB assemblies, and final light assembly
Ability to perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA)
Experience in supplier quality management and audits
Familiar with electrical, photometric, and safety testing methods
Good leadership skills to manage and train QC teams
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and quality reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
