Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QC Engineer, based in Navi Mumbai. The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products by conducting evaluations, implementing quality assurance processes, and performing rigorous inspections on production processes and finished goods. The role includes analyzing data to ensure quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to strict quality standards.
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process or system discrepancies.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and document quality-related reports.
• Foundational knowledge in Quality Management practices to maintain and improve operational standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; experience in defense manufacturing or electro-optic solutions is preferred.
