Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Mapping solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform end-to-end Service Mapping implementation, including configuration of patterns, discovery, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.) to enhance platform capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and other standard integration mechanisms.
• Work closely with other ServiceNow modules like Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management to support ITOM processes.
• Provide technical leadership and support during project execution and post-deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Service Mapping must have implemented in a real-time project.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and data normalization processes.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
