Job Title: QA/QC Assistant Company: HempCann Solutions Private Limited Location: Plot No. 266/3328, Gangadhar Meher Marg, Post KIIT, Bhubaneswar - 751024 Overview: HempCann is an authentic, traditional manufacturer of Herbal Medicine, Nutraceutical Products, natural body care products and Cannabis infused products. We have launched our products successfully across India under the brand name Vedi Herbals (www.vediherbals.com) Job brief The role oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key duties include production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, statutory compliance. Responsibilities · Record of incoming Raw material, In-process product and Finished Product sample as per requisition · Issue of test reports as per the intimation slip. · Issue of analytical data sheet · Preparation of Quality specification of RM, In-process and finished products · Preparation of COA of finished products of Tablets, Capsules & Churna product · Preparation of SOP · Preparation of green stickers for the quality processed RM and preprocessed materials · Maintenance of BMR · Maintenance of Inventory of Lab chemicals, glassware and control sample · Dispensing line clearance in production · Maintenance of cleanliness inside the lab · Ensure that the lab is clean and that the following equipment is properly maintained: spinner, lab stirrers, weighing balance, hot air oven, and refrigerator. · Total responsibility of Quality assurance at unit level. · Reviewing and challenging specifications and test methods. · The person responsible for Quality Assurance should be part of the decision-making process in all matters that affect the quality of products including development, production, laboratory, storage, distribution. · To fulfill the training need as per current needs with respected GMP, GLP, safety & Hygiene. · Having the final responsibility to management for the testing and release or rejection of all materials and products subject to the quality control system. Requirements · Master's Degree or PHD (Chemistry/ Photochemistry/ Ayurveda/ Natural Chemistry) · Good understanding of Manufacturing and production. · Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer knowledge Show more Show less
