HempCann is an authentic, traditional manufacturer of Herbal Medicine, Nutraceutical Products, natural body care products and Cannabis infused products. Our company was established in 2014 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We have launched our products successfully across India under the brand name Vedi Herbals (www.vediherbals.com)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Centre-in-charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, inventory, in-bound and out-bound calls and ensuring that our clients and visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience at the Centre. The Centre-in-charge should be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and handle administrative duties at ease.


Responsibilities and Duties:

·        Greet and welcome clients and visitors.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

·        Manage day to day activities and maintenance of the Wellness Centre.

·        Deal with local vendors/ service providers for Centre related work.

·        Manage sales interaction with customers in a pleasant disposition and cheerful way.

·        Demonstrate good knowledge of the products and answer customers questions and concerns related to the products.

·        Help customers in end-to-end order placing process.

·        Schedule and confirm appointments as necessary.

·        Maintaining & sharing daily record of sales, inventory & petty cash.

·        Manage and maintain office equipment and official documents.

·        Drive sale, increase foot fall 

·        Taking care of events 

·        Customer satisfaction and follow up with the patients  

·        Feedback from customers and Increasing reviews 



Requirements:


·        Bachelor’s degree in any field.

·        Experience of Tally software is preferred.

·        Proven experience as a Centre-In-Charge or similar position, preferably in healthcare sector.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft office.

·        Strong customer service orientation.
