QA/QC Assistant

As a QA/QC Assistant at HempCann Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure workflow efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your key duties will include production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and statutory compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Recording incoming Raw material, In-process product, and Finished Product samples as per requisition - Issuing test reports as per the intimation slip - Issuing analytical data sheets - Preparing Quality specifications of RM, In-process, and finished products - Preparing COA of finished products of Tablets, Capsules & Churna products - Preparing SOPs - Preparing green stickers for the quality processed RM and preprocessed materials - Maintaining BMR - Maintaining Inventory of Lab chemicals, glassware, and control samples - Conducting dispensing line clearance in production - Ensuring cleanliness inside the lab - Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment such as spinner, lab stirrers, weighing balance, hot air oven, and refrigerator - Taking total responsibility for Quality assurance at the unit level - Reviewing and challenging specifications and test methods - Being involved in the decision-making process in all matters affecting product quality - Fulfilling training needs in GMP, GLP, safety & hygiene - Having the final responsibility for the testing, release, or rejection of all materials and products subject to the quality control system Requirements for this role include: - Master's Degree or PHD in Chemistry, Photochemistry, Ayurveda, or Natural Chemistry - Good understanding of Manufacturing and production - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills Join HempCann Solutions Private Limited to be a part of an authentic manufacturer of Herbal Medicine, Nutraceutical Products, natural body care products, and Cannabis infused products.
