QA / QC Analyst

Job Title: QC Analyst  Department: Quality Control  Location: Bharuch  Job Role:  We are seeking a diligent and skilled QC Analyst to join our Quality Control Department.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analytical techniques, a strong  foundation in chemical analysis, and a keen understanding of industry standards such as GLP  and GMP.  Key Responsibilities:  • Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished  API products.  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as Gas Chromatography (GC),  High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Auto Titrator, and KF  Titrator.  • Conduct wet lab analysis including titrations, pH measurement, loss on drying, etc.  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good  Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, test reports, and logbooks.  • Participate in investigations for any deviations or OOS results.  • Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.  • Collaborate with QA and production departments as needed.  Educational Qualifications:  • B.Sc. in Chemistry  • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm   Experience:  • 1 year of experience in Quality Control (preferably in an API manufacturing  unit)  Skills Required:  • Proficiency in operating GC and HPLC systems  • Hands-on experience in wet lab analysis  • Working knowledge of GLP and GMP guidelines  • Experience with Auto Titrator and KF Titrator  • Strong documentation and analytical skills  Other Details:  • Candidates must be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and adaptable.  • Should possess good communication and teamwork abilities.
