About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure work quality, and coordinate with workers, contractors, and management. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage timelines and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure work is executed as per plan Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams Monitor daily progress and report updates to project managers Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed Check materials, tools, and equipment availability on site Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow Maintain daily site records, attendance, and work logs Assist in preparing project schedules and resource planning Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) 0-3 years of experience in construction site supervision Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials & safety norms Good communication and team-handling abilities Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
