This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, This role involves overseeing quality control, auditing, management, and assurance processes on a day-to-day basis to ensure the highest standards are maintained in our products. Please Note :- We are not looking for pharmaceutical candidates. Key Responsibilities : Establishing quality standards: Excellent in setting and communicating attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards for products. Ensuring compliance : Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in the healthcare industry, ensuring that the company complies with laws, regulations, and guidelines. Managing the QA team: Hiring, training, and supervising QA staff, and conducting performance evaluations, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management skills . Testing and inspecting : Carrying out and monitoring product and material testing and inspection. Analysing data: Experienced in collecting and analysing quality assurance data to optimize operations, problem-solving skills . Communication : Communicating quality standards to relevant departments and the QA team, Strong communication and leadership skills to manage quality teams. Working with suppliers: Specifying quality requirements for raw materials and working with suppliers to ensure quality. Reviewing customer feedback: Gathering and reviewing customer feedback to improve quality assurance processes. Writing reports: Writing management and technical reports, and customers' charters. Product Management: Streamline the existing product range, to make necessary tweaks/changes in the product line depending on the Product Life Cycle. Product Development: Acrylic Adhesive based Medical Tapes, Advanced Wound care Dressings, etc. To prepare documents and register Finished Products which are imported from foreign country. The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, Responsibilities might vary as we move forward, Role remains the same. Nature of Employment: Initially, first 90 days we can have a flexible term with respect to the type of employment, eventually looking at the role and responsibilities, Full Time employment is more suitable for our organisation. To give more clarity, we seek to have a person who is associated with MHL only and shall not have any other project till the time we mutually decide to end the employment. Expectations from the Candidate: At least 3 years of time to achieve our set Long Terms Objectives. Qualifications – Masters/Bachelor’s degree. Experience - Quality Assurance and or Healthcare.
