Job Description Design and implement testing and QA strategy for the Rail-TMS program to ensure successful and high-quality product deliverables Take ownership of, lead, and contribute to the successful release delivery by performing hands on functional and non-functional testing Grow testing discipline within the team, drive process improvements, and introduce new test standards and capabilities Develop and implement strategies and techniques covering both functional (e.g. Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) and non-functional (e.g. Performance/Load, Usability, Security) software testing Lead QA team to build and deliver meaningful testing, providing analytical assessments on usability, blockers, estimates, operational capabilities, etc. Collaborate shoulder to shoulder with the development team, other quality leaders, and QA team members Mentor and build SMEs for all Rail-TMS environments (install, updated, downgrade) and adjacent technologies Provide direct management of QA engineers for reviews, assessments, disciplinary measures, growth plans, goals, and hiring.
