Manufacturing Site QA, Manager- Band 1

Job Family Summary: The Site QA job family at Procter & Gamble focuses on ensuring quality assurance across the manufacturing site. This involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and activities. This role also includes managing and improving site QA activities within defined product categories and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements quality assurance strategies in line with the team's objectives.
  • Manages and improves site QA activities within defined product categories.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identifies, defines, and analyses alternative courses of action to ensure quality assurance.
  • Nurtures strong collaborative relationships within the team, sharing important information, advice, and perspective.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.
