Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for both manual and automated testing processes.
• Oversee manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that test coverage is comprehensive and meets business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and work closely with development teams for bug resolution.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior QA engineers in both manual and automated testing practices.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and test scripts.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products by adhering to release timelines and quality standards.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Solid experience in automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques, including functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Hands-on experience in using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the pipeline using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in mobile application testing (both Android and iOS).
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing and tools like AWS or Azure is an advantage.
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
