Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. - Writing automation test scripts and incorporating them into the DevOps pipeline. - Writing test cases to constantly increase test coverage across the systems. - Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. - Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. - Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. - Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. - Managing the team and driving towards quality and on-time deliveries. - Utilizing your people management skills effectively. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field. - 8+ years of experience in the software quality control and assurance field. - 3+ years of experience in Mobile app/Web Automation testing with API automation. - Experience in a fast-paced Agile development process. - Proficiency in using popular test management and defect management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. - Ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, and defect reports. - Familiarity with Database Management Systems (SQL/NoSQL). - Proficiency in using Selenium/Appium and JMeter. - Experience in e-commerce and banking domains. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Capability to work with, coach, and mentor QA/QC Engineers.
