Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead to join our team at Centre for Computational Technologies Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with automation testing tools and technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
