Key Responsibilities : - Act as a first responder for user-reported issues and bugs related to the test framework.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently, adhering to defined SLAs.- Maintain stability and performance of the framework with regular updates and patches.- Engage with Python developers using the framework through various forums- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to users and contributors.- Review and merge community pull requests ensuring quality and consistency.- Write clean, maintainable Python code to enhance and extend framework features.- Update and improve documentation to assist users in adopting and troubleshooting the framework.- Identify common user pain points and propose long-term solutions.- Collaborate with internal teams and the community to define the roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
