QA Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer (Automation + Manual)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The candidate should have expertise in web and mobile application testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design, execute, and maintain test scripts. The role requires ensuring product quality through rigorous testing processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing to validate application functionality, usability, and performance.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Test across multiple platforms, browsers, and devices to ensure compatibility.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in automation + manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹377,186.75 - ₹806,970.40 per year
