About The Role

Mid-Level QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for core product features
• Perform thorough manual testing for UI, workflows, edge cases, and regressions
• Build and maintain automation tests for high-impact and repeatable flows
• Test APIs, backend logic, and data pipelines for accuracy and reliability
• Validate financial workflows, permissions, and multi-step user journeys
• Collaborate closely with engineers during development, not just at release time
• Log clear, actionable bugs and track them through resolution
• Support release sign-offs and production readiness checks
• Act as the quality gate before anything goes live

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience in web or product-based environments
• Strong understanding of STLC and testing fundamentals
• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Hands-on exposure to UI automation, writing scripts in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience testing REST APIs, data flows, and auth mechanisms
• Ability to independently design test cases and test scenarios
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership teams
