Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
QA Engineer with strong expertise in Drupal CMS and React-based web applications
. The role involves testing high-traffic Trust, Help, and Brand websites, ensuring quality across frontend, backend, and API layers using modern automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate web applications built using React (frontend) and Drupal CMS (backend).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across Trust, Help, and Brand websites.
- Design and execute automation test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript.
- Validate CMS workflows including content creation, publishing, permissions, and roles in Drupal.
- Perform API testing and automation for backend services and integrations.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects with detailed root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release readiness activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in web application testing.
- Hands-on experience testing React-based frontend applications.
- Working knowledge of Drupal CMS, including content workflows and configurations.
- Proficiency in Playwright automation using JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing and automation (REST APIs).
- Good understanding of QA processes, test case design, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience testing high-traffic or content-heavy websites.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation execution in pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
