Role Summary:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Enhance and maintain the existing Selenium automation framework in Java, ensuring alignment with new enhancements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, design, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing of insurance software.
• Automate regression scenarios and identify new automation opportunities.
• Mentor team members on automation practices and framework usage.
• Perform SDLC activities: requirement & impact analysis, effort estimation, defect tracking, and verification.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Prepare and share test documentation, status reports, and feedback with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSM, SAFe Agile).
