Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, API testing and Automation using Java based automation frameworks. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data-driven and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Develop and Execute test strategies for Snowflake data pipelines and integrations.
Perform end to end REST API testing using tools like postman, Rest Assured or similar.
Develop and maintain automation test suites using Java and popular testing frameworks like testNG, Junit, Cucumber, Selenium etc.
Collaborate with developers, product managers and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver high quality releases.
Implement and maintain CICD pipelines for automated testing using Jenkins/Harness.
Monitor, analyze and report test results and work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure test coverage for Functional, integration, regression and performance testing.

Required Skills

Hands on Experience with Snowflake: Writing queries, validating data, working with Snowflake integrations and pipelines.
Strong Experience in API Testing and Automation: Understanding of API architecture, Authentication and error handling.
Proficiency in UI & API Automation and Experience with different frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Testng, Junit etc..
Experience with Azure cloud Services : Azure Data Validations, Storage Accounts or relevant equivalents.
Working knowledge of SQL and data validation in cloud data services.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Expérience in Agile/Scrum Environments.
Experience using JIRA for test case management, Sprint planning and defect tracking.

Nice To Have

Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
Knowledge of BDD framework.
