QA Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA-Manual Engineer with 0-2 years of experience in manual testing and a solid background in creating and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies. As a QA-Manual Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and usability of our software products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review software requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios to validate the functionality and performance of the software.
• Execute manual tests to assess software usability and identify any issues, errors, or bugs.
• Analyze test results and report on the impact of identified defects and usability concerns.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate test findings, coordinate bug fixes, and prevent reoccurrence of issues.
• Manage test activities with a sense of urgency and accuracy, meeting project timelines.
• Understand business requirements and product features to effectively achieve quality goals.
• Continuously improve testing processes and identify opportunities to enhance the quality assurance procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in analytical and logical thinking, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills, with a positive attitude to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies, software, and concepts rapidly.
• Experience working productively and efficiently in an agile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Effective communication and coordination skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing web applications, API testing, and working with databases.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and associated processes.
• Basic understanding of Functional, Unit, Sanity, and Regression testing concepts.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language is a plus.
• Familiarity with leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug management, and version control.
• Strong documentation and verbal communication skills, along with an excellent aptitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
