QA Analyst

The role of Analyst in this position involves monitoring calls and transactions to evaluate the process's efficiency and providing feedback to Unit Heads/Team Leaders. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis of process deviations, developing action plans for resolution, and handling escalated calls and issues from both internal and external sources. Utilizing Excel data analysis and customer experience knowledge, you will prioritize critical improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance process performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations to ensure positive quality outcomes while understanding the business dynamics. You will be conducting quality checks to assess the business's health and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the team. It is crucial to minimize negative customer experiences, address potential issues proactively, and ensure process adherence by comparing tasks against SOP specifications. You will also need to analyze and approve daily transactions.
