Sales coordinator /Project Coordinator/Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to act as the crucial bridge between Sales, Solution Consultants, Product, and Implementation teams. This person will own the client journey from post-contract signing through testing, implementation, and go-live, ensuring every customer is on boarded successfully.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the transition of prospects from testing/Pilot to Live Deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deployment timelines.
• Monitor and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track onboarding KPIs, prepare status reports, and flag risks or delays early.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a Project Coordination/Implementation Specialist role (preferably in SaaS or FinTech).
• Good understanding of enterprise software implementation cycles.
• Experience working with BFSI clients is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹339,749.65 - ₹722,119.96 per year
