Job Description Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions. The IC would also be expected to drive / program manage critical quality initiatives within product cluster/ org. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods. Execute automated/ manual tests for Clinical products – analyze failures for root causes, identify and document quality issues/ defects Communicate issues and status clearly to the development team and stakeholders including driving investigations/ fixes to closure Design new tests/ automation scripts and update existing tests/ automation scripts based on software design/ requirements Investigate and troubleshoot failures of automation scripts Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional. Utilize version control systems such as Git/Sourcetree for managing test script repositories. Use test management tools like RQM and defect tracking tools like JIRA. Use or be aware of CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Experience in the healthcare domain and automating desktop applications is highly desirable. Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
