QA Analyst 3-ProdDev

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Oracle, you will be responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products in accordance with internal and external guidelines. Your role will involve developing and executing software test plans, analyzing test results, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, you will drive and program manage critical quality initiatives within the product cluster or organization. Your responsibilities will include developing quality standards, control methods, and theories for manufacturing, testing, and inspection processes to assess product quality. You will execute both automated and manual tests for Clinical products, analyze failures to determine root causes, and document quality issues and defects. Clear communication of issues and status updates to the development team and stakeholders will be crucial, as well as driving investigations and fixes to closure. In this role, you will design new tests and automation scripts, update existing scripts based on software design and requirements, and troubleshoot automation script failures. You will be expected to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Eggplant Functional, as well as utilize version control systems such as Git/Sourcetree and test management tools like RQM and defect tracking tools like JIRA. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality and continuous improvement. Experience in the healthcare domain and automating desktop applications is highly desirable, and hands-on experience with Selenium or Touchstone would be a plus.
