About the Role

Python Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using 

  Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), OpenCV

  .
• Work with 

  SQL Server

   databases – schema design, optimization, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.
• Manage end-to-end project deliverables and ensure timely releases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years

   of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in 

  Python

   frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with 

  SQL Server

   database design and optimization.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro services, and integration patterns.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of computer vision concepts (e.g., object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction).
• Knowledge in image processing (e.g., filtering, edge detection, image transformation).
• Konowledge in video processing (e.g., object tracking, motion analysis, video encoding/decoding).
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with software development practices (e.g., version control, unit testing, continuous integration).

Good to Have

• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with performance tuning and application scalability
