A rapidly scaling B2B SaaS provider delivering AI-driven people-intelligence and workflow automation solutions for enterprise sales and operations teams. This role focuses on architecting and delivering cloud-native, microservices-based applications that power mission-critical business workflows.Role & Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop Back-end Services: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Python microservices using AIOHTTP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Database & Data Integration: Build and optimize MSSQL schemas, stored procedures, and Liquibase migrations; integrate Redis and Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Front-end Feature Delivery: Collaborate on React.js components and pages; integrate APIs and state management to deliver responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• Cloud & Container Operations: Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS (or Azure), leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing, Code Quality & Reviews: Author and maintain unit and integration tests with Jest and pytest; conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, QA, and DevOps to triage issues, plan sprints in Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve development workflows.
  

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years in full-stack development with strong expertise in Python (scripting, Pydantic) and AIOHTTP frameworks.
• Deep experience with MSSQL, including writing and tuning complex stored procedures and managing schema migrations via Liquibase.
• Hands-on React.js proficiency, with familiarity in Jest for unit testing and MUI (Material-UI) for UI styling.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and operating services in AWS (or Azure), plus familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work US-shift hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST), manage overlapping collaboration windows, and deliver on tight timelines.
  

Preferred

• Prior exposure to Redis and Kafka for caching and event-driven data pipelines.
• Background in building real-time analytics or messaging platforms.
• Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and mentoring junior engineers.
