About The Opportunity

A technology services company operating in enterprise software development and HR-technology solutions, delivering web and backend platforms for clients across SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce. We build scalable API-driven systems, data-backed services, and integration solutions to support high-throughput production workloads.We are hiring an on-site Python Developer in India to join our engineering delivery team and help design, implement, and operate backend services that power customer-facing applications and internal tools.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask where applicable).
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and implement features end-to-end, including database schema and query optimisation.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high code quality and reliability.
• Containerise applications and support deployments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with DevOps to ensure repeatable releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, profile performance, and implement improvements for latency, throughput, and resource utilisation.
• Integrate with third-party services and messaging systems and implement background processing for asynchronous workloads.
