Python Developer (AI/ML)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, data processing, and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Python applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists to process, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments using scalable frameworks.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI/ML features into existing systems or products.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and best practices.
• Write clear documentation, reports, and code comments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, or OpenCV.
• Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts: regression, classification, clustering, NLP, computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and model deployment practices.
• Experience with APIs and web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
