About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Python Backend Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will work on building and enhancing a real-time chat application integrated with an AI bot. This role will give you hands-on experience with APIs, WebSockets, databases, and AI integrations in a production-like environment.______________

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Design and implement database models using PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Implement JWT-based authentication and session management.
• Integrate a basic AI-driven bot for real-time chat interactions.
• Implement real-time messaging using WebSockets / Socket.IO.
• Log user and bot activities (message sent, delivered, read).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to connect APIs with React or vanilla JS frontend.
• Ensure error handling, scalability, and clean code practices.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Python backend development (Flask/FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Basic knowledge of WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Understanding of JWT authentication and session handling.
• Familiarity with frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus).
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
