Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the success of our Cards & Payments projects. With a focus on Python AWS Services and Spark the candidate will lead technical initiatives ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enhance our services in the Cards & Payments domain.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Python AWS Services and Spark to enhance the Cards & Payments systems.
Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve efficiency and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and proactive adjustments.
Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to support business growth.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Python with a proven track record of developing robust applications.
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Services including deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
Have extensive experience with Spark for data processing and analytics.
Exhibit deep understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with practical experience in related projects.
Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Display strong communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
