Purchase Manager with Experience Salary : 18,000 - 25,000 Location: Anuparpalayam, Tirupur Contact No: 63814 90061 Job Description: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for medical and non-medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, disposables, and office inventory. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term vendor relationships. Ensure timely availability of critical IVF-related inventory such as culture media, hormones, disposables, diagnostic kits, and lab equipment. Coordinate with the embryology, pharmacy, and clinical teams to forecast inventory needs and avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including FDA, ICMR, and NABH guidelines related to procurement and storage. Maintain procurement records, invoice approvals, and vendor performance reports. Evaluate quotations and initiate comparative analysis for cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines. Monitor market trends to stay updated on new products, cost-saving options, and technological innovations in fertility equipment and supplies. Liaise with finance for timely payment processing and budget control. Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive medical supplies in line with manufacturer and clinic protocols.
