Job Description – Purchasing Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Purchasing Manager to manage our company’s procurement activities and build strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of market trends, and the ability to source quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure the best possible deals for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material prices, and market changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

Extra Source of Income – Vendor Development Program:
In addition to the core role, the Purchasing Manager will have an opportunity to earn extra income by helping Ananta Autocomponents secure new vendors, clients, or supply partners.

• For every successful vendor or client introduced to the company (with whom the company establishes business), the Purchasing Manager will receive an agreed percentage commission on the value of the first confirmed purchase order.
• This program offers a legitimate and transparent way to increase personal income while contributing to the company’s growth.
• Commissions will be paid promptly after successful vendor onboarding and transaction completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,608.28 - ₹66,799.42 per month
