CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CNC programs for machining operations. They will work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and write CNC programs using software like AutoCAD, or G-code.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates for different materials.
• Conduct first-piece inspections to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of programs, tool lists, and setup instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

Educational Qualification and Experience Required:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficiency in CAM software
• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining processes.
• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
