📌 Job Title: CNC & VMC Programmer 🏢 Company: Micro Fine Technology 📍 Location: I-34 Tirupati Industrial Park, Gram Bhangya Near MR 10 Toll Tax, Indore - 453555 (MP), India 👨‍💼 Gender: Male 🎓 Education: 12th Pass 🕒 Experience: Min. 1 Year 🗣 Language: Basic English 🗓 Age: 30 – 60 Years ✨ Job Summary: Micro Fine Technology is looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Programmer to create, optimize, and manage programs for CNC and VMC machines, ensuring precision machining and process efficiency. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: CNC & VMC Programming Write and edit G-code and M-code for machine operations, tool changes, and complex machining tasks. Program vertical spindle operations for 3-axis (or advanced 4/5-axis) VMC milling processes. Convert 2D/3D CAD designs into machine-readable CNC programs using CAM software. CAD/CAM Software Proficiency: Work with CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA to interpret or create part designs. Generate toolpaths and simulate machining processes using CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, Siemens NX, PowerMill). Toolpath Optimization & Machine Setup: Optimize feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting parameters for precision and efficiency. Set up and calibrate CNC/VMC machines, including workpiece fixturing, tool selection, and vertical spindle alignment. Material Knowledge: Select proper tools and machining parameters based on material properties (metals, alloys, composites). Ensure machined parts meet tolerances and surface finish requirements. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models with GD&T standards. Troubleshoot programming errors, toolpath issues, and machine malfunctions.
