Job Description

Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Kaman Road (Pick-up & Drop facility from Naigaon Station)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday
Shift Timing: [Specify if needed]
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create programs for CNC & VMC machines.
Keep records of tools and manage tool requirements.
Perform daily machine maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Prepare lists for tool purchases.
Make daily production reports.
Prepare quality control (QC) reports.
Solve operators’ daily problems and help them when needed.
Plan day-to-day production activities.
Ensure materials are available for both day and night shifts.
Arrange materials near CNC machines for smooth work.
Check machines regularly (oil level, water level, etc.).
Operate CNC & VMC machines if the operator is absent.
Suggest improvements like reducing cycle time.
