Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak (Mazatrol) and FANUC-controlled machines.
  • Prepare CNC programs for Turning Centers, VMCs, HMCs, and Multi-axis machines.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies to improve productivity.
  • Prove-out new programs on the shop floor and ensure first-off approval.
  • Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth execution.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs as required.
  • Maintain program documentation and revision control.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Mazak CNC machines (Mazatrol programming).
  • Strong knowledge of FANUC controls (G-code & M-code programming).
  • Proficiency in CNC Turning, Milling, and Multi-axis machining.
  • Knowledge of tooling, inserts, cutting parameters, and materials.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam / NX / SolidCAM – preferred).
  • Understanding of inspection tools and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
