Company Description

ZORA The Mall is being developed as a prominent retail destination in Central India. It will be a mixed-use regional center featuring retail, hospitality, commercial spaces, and multi-level car parking. With approximately 1 million square feet of retail area, 0.2 million square feet of office space, and a 110-room business hotel, it aims to cater to the aspirational and experiential needs of consumers. The Mall will host an eclectic mix of dining formats, entertainment options, and a complete spectrum of retail categories. State-of-the-art facilities include a 5-screen multiplex, a large family entertainment center, an excellent food court, numerous anchor and vanilla stores, and a hypermarket.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and maintaining purchase management systems. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role also requires monitoring inventory levels and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong skills in Procurement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Understanding of inventory management and compliance procedures
• Relevant experience in the retail sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
