Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers including contractors, builders, and material dealers.
• Identify and onboard new clients within Cheyyar, Vandavasi, and nearby industrial areas.
• Promote and achieve sales targets for blue metal and other construction materials.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand demand, competitor pricing, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders, collections, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports and performance summaries.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives at project sites and dealer locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  Any Degree / Diploma (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Civil Engineering)

• Experience:

  0–3 years (experience in Blue Metal, Ready-Mix Concrete, or Construction Material Sales preferred)

• Skills:

  Good communication and negotiation skills; fluency in Tamil mandatory, basic English preferred

• Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
• Familiarity with the local market area is an added advantage
