Senior Civil Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Planning & Coordination

• Interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate civil requirements into overall project plans.

🔹 Site Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

🔹 Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Maintain documentation such as site diaries, progress reports, quality checklists, and as-built drawings.

🔹 Team Leadership

• Guide and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and labor teams.
• Foster a productive and disciplined site environment focused on timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

  in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years

  (Degree) or

  10 years

  (Diploma) of experience in

  building construction

  (Commercial, or Institutional).
• Proficient in

  construction practices

  ,

  material knowledge

  technical execution

• Familiarity with

  IS codes

  AutoCAD
