Assistant Construction Manager (ACM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Assistant Construction Manager (ACM) to support the effective execution of building construction projects across our sites in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of site-level construction experience, with the ability to supervise daily operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with internal and external teams for timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities on-site. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Contractors to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and quality standardsMaintain daily reports, site logs, and material usage recordsSupport the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, material planning, and resource allocationEnsure smooth coordination between execution teams and design/consultant stakeholdersHandle site-level communication, issue tracking, and conflict resolutionConduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and BOQImplement corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain productivitySupport documentation for client billing, subcontractor measurement sheets, and audit readinessDesiredRequirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering7–10 years of hands-on experience in building construction (commercial, or institutional projects)Good understanding of construction drawings, civil works, materials, and site coordinationProficient in MS Project / Excel and basic project tracking toolsStrong team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage site operations independently under the supervision of the Project ManagerWillingness to work at project sites across Uttar Pradesh
