About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic procurement team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless sourcing and purchasing of industrial minerals from both domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and inventory management, supporting our operations by ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.

• Strategic Sourcing: Conduct market analysis to identify cost-effective sources and stay updated on industry trends.

• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to secure optimal deals.

• Purchase Order Management: Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured products meet specified quality standards.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to maintain optimal inventory.

• Cost Analysis: Prepare procurement reports and perform cost analyses for continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align procurement with operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (background in mineralogy is a plus).

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/sourcing industrial minerals.

• Proven skills in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement operations.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to interpret and act on market trends and financial data.
