Job Description

Company : Greatoo india pvt ltd.

Location : Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu.

Job Title: Purchase Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and procurement of raw materials, consumables, and engineering items.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
Support vendor development, evaluation, and basic price negotiation activities.
Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery status, and documentation.
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain accurate purchase records and update reports using MS Excel.
Ensure timely procurement while adhering to cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Willingness to learn vendor management and supply chain operations.

Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain / Management or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
