Job Summary

We are looking for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders to join our dynamic team as Engineer Trainees in various departments of our automobile manufacturing operations. The role offers exposure to real-world automotive production environments and is ideal for candidates passionate about developing a career in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production, assembly, or quality assurance operations.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and assist in root cause analysis of defects.
• Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for processes and performance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of core engineering concepts (mechanical, automotive, or electrical).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and maintenance techniques.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Awareness of 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing principles (added advantage).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Internship or academic projects in the automotive/industrial domain is a plus.
